Not everyone has access to this feature. It ultimately depends on your employer and the employee group you are approved to.

If you’d like to manually assign a specific replacement, please do the following:

  1. Go to EasyConnect > Create Absence.
  2. Fill in the absence details, then click OK.
Refer to Creating an Absence on how to create an absence.
  1. A yellow “R” section will appear below the red “A” section. Choose Manual Fill as your fill method.
  1. In the ‘Replacement’ field, enter the first and/or last name of the replacement employee. Once you start typing, a drop-down list will appear — simply select the correct individual from this list.
  1. Click OK.
  2. Click Save.
