I'm Not Receiving Job Alerts

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure that the job alert is set up correctly

2. Ensure your email address is correct

  • Go to Portfolio > View & Edit Portfolio and check that the email address listed under 'Personal Information' is correct.

3. Check your junk/spam mail

4. Check if any of the following email addresses have been blocked: jobalerts@applytoeducation.com, jobalerts@simplication.com, and jobalerts@makeafuture.ca

  • If you are using Gmail, refer to the 'Review your blocked sender list' section of this article.
  • If you are using Outlook, refer to the 'Unblock senders' section of this article.
  • If you are using Yahoo, refer to the 'Unblock email addresses' section of this article.

5. Add our email address(es) to the Safe Senders List: jobalerts@applytoeducation.com, jobalerts@simplication.com, and jobalerts@makeafuture.ca
