Using the Complement Control Form for Hiring

We added 2 privileges that you will need to select in order to use this feature:

Posting to Multiple Job Categories

Step 1: Select the Job Category you want to post your job to, then add the additional categories from the Open To section.

Job Posting Questions and Mandatory Documents

Step 1: From the Job Postings section, click Post a Job.

How To Set Up The Qualifying Criteria

Step 1: Create your job posting. Click Save as Pending or Activate the job posting.

Step 1: From the Job Postings section, click Post a Job.

Create and Share Job Posting Templates

Step 1: From the Job Postings section, click Job Postings Templates.

Applicant Types

External and Approved Occasional ApplicantsAll non employees and Occasional Employees can view and apply to these job types.

Access Denied When Uploading Resume or Cover Letter

If you receive the message “Access Denied”, ensure the document is not already open on your computer. If it is, close it and retry.
