The first session will wrap up with an evaluation of your current recruitment practices to help you prioritize your time and resources.

Day Two

The second session will begin with a deeper discussion of the key challenges identified in the evaluation process. Participants will discuss how they can prioritize their efforts and implement changes that will increase hiring success.

Participants will use these insights to develop an effective messaging plan to create interest among prospects.

Testimonials

Attending this session gave a deeper perspective into what the current applicant is looking for as they begin their job search for the right school board.  The information was interactive and allowed us the time to reflect on our own organization’s recruitment strategies and laid the foundation for the steps, resources and further monitoring we will further engage in.  We appreciated the opportunity to hear from Graham Donald who truly has the research, the knowledge and experience to guide recruitment in the field of education.  This session is one worth attending!
