Data Retention Policy

• We are committed to ensuring our data retention policy follows cybersecurity best practices. We have started removing applicants who have not logged into their account for 3+ years from our database. You will still see their names when reviewing applicants to your jobs from 3+ years ago but the data related to their application will be removed. We will maintain an offline copy of the deleted data for exceptional cases and if you require us to recover it we can do so for a nominal fee.
