Posting Jobs to Internals & Externals

• If you have purchased our Employee Tracking Module to manage internal postings you can now customize the mandatory documents applicants need to submit based on whether they are an employee or external applicant.  This will save you time during the hiring process and simplify how you post jobs. Track Hired Applicants

• When viewing a list of applicants to a posting the 'Applicant Folder' column lets you indicate who was shortlisted, interviewed, hired, etc.  This is great because when you select who was hired it will display their name when viewing a list of jobs or exporting jobs to excel. (Thanks Durham)

Confidential Reference Checks

• You can now choose whether to include Confidential Reference Check responses in your 'Portfolio A' and 'Portfolio B' preferences. (Thanks Light of Christ and South East Cornerstone)
