Searching Jobs

• We simplified and improved how you search your jobs and redesigned this page so it is responsive and resizes for computers, tablets, and mobile phones. (Thanks Upper Canada and Halifax)

Hired Folder

• When you move applicants into the hired folder you can now do the following:
  • Sort on the 'Hired Applicants' field when looking at a list of job postings.  (Thanks Durham)
  • Added the Hired Employee Group field to the Export to Excel report generated from a list of jobs. (Thanks Halifax)
  • Viewing who was hired when looking at a list of jobs is tied to the privilege to view the Hired Folder. (Thanks Durham)

Missed Planning Time Module

• We added a privilege so an employer user can repay Missed Planning Time without editing or approving it. This is helpful if school secretaries help track when it is repaid. (Thanks Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic)
