Job Posting Folders - Automatic Emails

When you post a job or create a job posting template you can now turn on Notifications when an Applicant is placed in a folder. The system asks you to select the Folder and Email Template you want sent to Specific Users or an Employer Privilege Group.

We are committed to simplifying how you post jobs. Clients have pointed out that the 'Everyone' field for who can apply to a job is an unnecessary step so it has been removed.

Employee Tracking Module - 3 New Seniority Fields

You can now configure 'Profile' views to display the 3 customizable fields we added for seniority, contract, status, tie breakers, etc. to simplify how you manage internal staffing rounds. We have also added these fields to our 'Applicants to Jobs' report.
