Features Going Live

Integration Module - 'Applicants To Jobs' Report

  • We have added the 'Additional Info' field in a job posting to the Applicants to Jobs Report.  Some clients use this field to enter data like 'New Allocation' or 'Existing Allocation' that they require when running reports. (Thanks Halifax)

Job Posting Folders - Soft Launch New UI

  • Ask your Account Manager to configure the new User Interface for moving applicants to job posting folders in a single click.  The feature will automatically be available to all clients by the end of February. (Thanks SD #48 Sea to Sky)

Employee Tracking Module - Now Includes Emergency Contacts

  • Clients using our Employee Tracking Module can now store emergency contacts for their employees in our system.  This simplifies how you share this important information with Principals, VPs, and School Secretaries who don't have access to this information in your HRIS. (Thanks Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic and Ottawa-Carleton)
