Job Posting Folders - Simplified Experience

• You can now move applicants into job posting folders in a single click.  The feature is automatically available when you view applicants within a job posting.  (Thanks Rocky View and SD #48 Sea to Sky)

• The 'New Applicants' Folder is now listed at the top of your folders.  It starts by containing all applicants but you can move them into other folders so it only contains those you haven't reviewed. (Thanks Rocky View)

Exporting Employer Accounts

• When exporting employer accounts we now include the selected employee groups they have permission to view. (Thanks Windsor-Essex Catholic)

Employee Tracking Module - Applicants Ranking Jobs

• When posting internal jobs you can indicate that applicants must rank them when applying to multiple jobs.  You can now configure a 'Profile View' to display rankings when reviewing who applied to each posting. (Thanks Halifax)

Employee Tracking Module - Now Includes Emergency Contacts

• Clients using our Employee Tracking Module can now store emergency contacts for their employees in our system.  This simplifies how you share this important information with Principals, VPs, and School Secretaries who don't have access to this information in your HRIS.
