Data Retention Policy

• We are committed to ensuring our data retention policy follows cybersecurity best practices. Applicants who have not logged into their account for 3+ years are being removed from our database. You will only see their name when reviewing jobs from 3+ years ago. We will maintain an offline copy of the deleted data for exceptional cases and if you require us to recover it we can do so for a nominal fee.
