Prioritize Longer Assignments

• Ask us to configure EasyConnect to prioritize offering Assignments based on length (multi-day, then full day, and then partial day) rather than start time. This is useful if you offer assignments by seniority and want your most senior Replacements receiving the longest offers. Preferred List By Location

Creating Absences- Remove Start and End Times

• You can turn off the ability for employees to select start and end times when creating an absence. They can only select the options you have configured (AM, PM, Full Day, or periods). (Thanks Palliser)

Bulk Cancelling Absences By Start Times

• We are adding the ability to bulk cancel absences by start time. This is useful if you need to give Replacements X hours of notice before cancelling their assignment. (Thanks Hamilton-Wentworth)
