Privilege to View the Reason in an Absence

• We added a privilege so employer users can be configured to not see the reason in an absence. This is useful if you want clerical staff to see who is absent without sharing why. (Thanks SD #79 Cowichan Valley)

New Fill Status - ‘Not Released to EasyConnect’

• We added a new fill status called ‘Not Released to EasyConnect’ to track unfilled absences that were configured to not contact replacements so your ‘failed to fill’ rate no longer include these absences and is more accurate. (Thanks Niagara Catholic and District School Board of Niagara)

Approved Assignments - Only Visible If You Are Using This Contact Strategy

• We now only display the ‘Approved Assignment’ column to your Replacements on their Occasional Preferences page if you are using this contact strategy. (Thanks Hamilton-Wentworth)
