Employees can now download our App to create absences. Please let your staff
know this option is available. Convenience is key and for those who want to
use their smartphone the App is going to save them time.
Automated Email Notifying Administrators To Approve Absences &

Ask your Account Manager to configure EasyConnect to automatically email
employer users a list of absences and timesheets requiring their approval.

Saving Absences

We now display an alert when an employer or employee creates an absence and
leaves the page without hitting the ‘save’ button. (Thanks SD #79 Cowichan

Creating Absences – Override Daily Absence Limit

We added a privilege that allows an employer user (like a dispatch clerk) to
enter an absence with a reason that exceeds your daily limit setting.

Managing GL Codes – Adding Privilege To Only Edit Those You Created

We added a privilege to limit an employer user to only edit GL codes they
created. This will help if you have specific employees who only manage PD GL
