Contact Summary & Call Log Reports

• We have added columns to the Contact Summary and Call Log reports to show if the assignments a replacement was offered or accepted are still active or were deactivated.  This will ensure your data matches your outcomes. (Thanks Kawartha Pine Ridge)

New Privilege - View Add/Review Contacts
