We have added columns to the Contact Summary and Call Log reports to show if the assignments a replacement was offered or accepted are still active or were deactivated. This will ensure your data matches your outcomes.

You can now select if employer users are able to click the button to 'Add or Review Contacts' when viewing the details of an absence.
