When an employer user creates an absence it now defaults to a blank 'absent' field. They are forced to pick an employee or 'no employee' absent which should reduce errors.

We added the ability to filter by employee group.

You can now ask us to add the 'Replacement Approved On' date to your reports. This will give you a quick and easy way to track when your Replacements were approved.
