Absence Lists & Approval Dashboard - Improved Sorting

• We improved how data displays when sorting on column headers: (Thanks Renfrew County)
  • When you sort on a Column it will do a secondary sort by Date and Absence Code
  • When you sort by Date it will do a secondary sort by Absence Code
  • When you sort by Absence Code it will only sort on this column.

Search Absences

• We further improved how you select dates by: (Thanks Hamilton-Wentworth)
  • Populating the 'from' and 'to' dates based on the drop down option you select
  • Added 'Current Month' to the drop down options.

Creating Absences

• You can now configure a Reason for Absence to hide the Release Code when employees create absences. (Thanks Ottawa Catholic)

Change Requests

• We added a new drop down option to the Adjusted Items section:
  • Chargeback Code and Pay %/Hrs
  This will be helpful when you want to track when both items were changed at the same time. (Thanks Ottawa-Carleton)

• You can now configure a wildcard to be the first X digits of a location code at the start of a GL Code. (Thanks Renfrew County)
