Creating Absences

• Customize Replacement times by Employee Group and Location so they differ from Absence times. This is important because Replacements might not work the same hours as Employees. (Thanks SD 34 Abbotsford)
• Create custom AM and PM absence times by employee to accommodate for unique break times.  (Thanks North East School Division)
• Employee Groups can be configured so vacancies auto-populate the Absence Rate. (Thanks Limestone)

Approval Workflows

• The Supervisor Export file from our integration server now includes the Privilege Group approvers are in. (Thanks SD 34 Abbotsford)

PD Module - Auto-populate GL Codes

• When you create a PD event and select the 'Reason For Absence' it now auto-populates the default GL Code for that Reason.  (Thanks Ottawa Catholic)
• Configure if a 'Reason For Absence' is displayed when creating PD Events.  Shortening the options displayed will save you time. (Thanks Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic and Ottawa Catholic)
