Manually Filling Absences

• When you manually fill an absence the 'Replacement Details' field can be configured to become a drop down list that you must select an option from. This will help you standardize reporting on why absences are manually filled. (Thanks Ottawa Catholic)

Year-To-Date Entitlements

• You can configure the system to hide displaying Year-To-Date entitlements for specific employee groups. (Thanks Nova Scotia)

Absence Details

• We now display the time an absence was created in your local time zone (rather than EST). (Thanks SD #60 Peace River))

Autopopulate Rates - Absences & Timesheets

• When we configure your autopopulation tables we can support up to 3 decimal places.  Previously we only displayed 2 decimal places. (Thanks Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic)

Reports
