Creating Absences

• You can configure an employee group so each employee has customized start and end times by day of the week to simplify creating absences.

• Employee groups can be configured so the FTE value is hidden when creating absences. This is because some employees don't know their FTE. (Thanks Halifax)

Viewing Absence Lists

• We added a tool-tip that displays an absent employee's Position Description when you hover over the employee group field while viewing a list of absences. (Thanks SD 79 Cowichan Valley)

Reports

• Your Account Manager can configure an EasyConnect Report to only pull absences for specific reasons. This will be useful for adhering to your privacy policies if an employer user isn't authorized to see absences for every reason. (Thanks Hamilton-Wentworth)
