Automated Email Notifications

• When an employee or employer adds time to an existing absence we now send an automated email to them. (Thanks SD #23 Central Okanagan)
  • Workflow Approval emails can now be sent to employer users who turn off receiving notifications when absences are created, filled, etc.
  • A list of Subjects or Assignments will appear for you to pick from. (Thanks SD #64 Gulf Islands, SD #51 Boundary, and SD #34 Abbotsford)

Contact Lists Page

• When you export a Contact List to Excel we now include the following fields: (Thanks Ottawa Catholic)

Bulk Edits

• When performing a bulk edit we now display the Release Code pick list if the Absence Reason has one. (Thanks Nova Scotia)
