Job Board - Absences Appear Immediately

• Your Account Manager can now configure an employee group's job board so absences immediately appear on it when they are entered into EasyConnect. (Thanks Buffalo Public Schools, Waterloo Catholic, and Simcoe)

Itinerant Employees

• 'Employee Group Calendar' events and 'Mass Cancellations' now support Itinerant Employee Groups.

Emergency Contacts

• You can now store emergency contacts for your employees in our system.  This simplifies how you share this important information with Principals, VPs, and School Secretaries who don't have access to this information in your HRIS.  Ask your Account Manager to turn this feature on for you. Preferred List Tied To A Calendar Event

• You can create a calendar event, like March Break, that will build a special contact list of Replacements who worked X days before the event for any absence created after the event.  This preferred list would contact each replacement once and then default back to your regular contact strategy.  The goal is to provide Replacements with 'reasonable assurance of work'.
