Confidential Notes on Absences

• Reason Codes can be configured to allow employers to enter a confidential note on an absence if they have the privilege to do so.  The notes field can be either free text or a drop down selection. These notes are not visible to employees. (Thanks Ottawa Catholic and Limestone)

Reason Entitlements File

• You now have the option to track Reason Entitlements by either Employee ID or Employee ID and Employee Group.  This is helpful when employees are working in multiple employee groups. (Thanks North East School Division)
