Employee Calendar & Events - Exporting Absences & Replacements on Snow Days

• When you enter an event (like a snow day) to block absences from being created you can now check a box to allow existing absences and replacements in the system to be exported. This ensures you meet your collective agreements. Some clients have language where they are required to pay Replacements if an assignment is cancelled on less than X hours notice. Search Absences By Occasional List

• We optimized this feature so it now includes absences that were filled by Occasionals who are no longer working for you. This enhancement simplifies how you track and report on the # of absences filled by certified teachers vs. your emergency list. (Thanks Hamilton-Wentworth)
