Our En Francais Program offers direct support for students looking to improve theirFrench language skills.

Qualifications/What can we expect from you: A Bachelor’s Degree and/or ECE diploma. Familiar with the Ontario French Immersion curriculum. Strong French and English language in oral and written.

Elementary Instructor

Qualifications/What can we expect from you:A Bachelor’s Degree and/or ECE diploma. Strong English language skills. Effective organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Math/Science Teacher

Our High School Advantage Program offers direct support for students looking to improve their academic skills and study habits. Qualifications/What can we expect from you:

University graduate or fourth year student in Mathematics, Physics,Engineering or related field Extensive knowledge of the current grade 9-12 Math curriculum (including: advanced functions, calculus, and data management). A strong understanding of physics and/or chemistry and biology an assetExcellent oral, written and communication skills essential.

What’s it like to work at Oxford?

Friendly, youthful and supportive staff and management. Organized, professional classroom environment with established routines and clearly defined roles. Guaranteed shifts (with a commitment of 2-4 evenings or 15hr/week)Individualized learning programs prepared by our Education Directors. No lesson planning required. $17.00-$18.00 starting wage with incremental increases.Teach between 3:30-8:00pm, Monday-Thursday. Saturdays 9:00-4:00pm. (ClosedFriday/Sunday)

Maintain work/life balance as our supportive staff handles all lesson planning and assessment in one, convenient location (avoid commuting to private homes viathe “in-house tutoring business model”) and acquire the much-needed experience working in a professional learning environment.
