Pacific Academy is looking for a full-time Network Administrator. The Network Administrator oversees the technology needs for the entire school as well as management of the helpdesk and online technologies. The Network Administrator reports to the Director of Technology.

The Network Administrator’s responsibilities include:

Maintaining the infrastructure for the school network (servers, firewalls etc.).

Maintaining all server-based software (knowledge of VMware).

Troubleshooting all aspects of the network.

Managing the backup system of servers and client files.

Maintaining the switches, wiring, network, wireless devices and servers.

Monitoring internet services (IPs, redundant connections, firewalls, related appliances).

Managing network asset inventory.

Managing Google Administration.

Be adept at working, collaborating and communicating professionally with staff across all levels.
