WHY ATTEND

Hiring is the entryway to your organization’s future generation of workers. As a result, knowing how to lead hiring processes effectively is critical.

This workshop provides a roadmap to enhance your “hiring confidence” and to build sound selection processes – including recruiting, shortlisting, interviewing and reference checking.

After participating in the webinar, you will:

• Appreciate the importance of strategic recruiting
• Understand the principles of behavioural interviewing and appreciate why its use is considered “best-practice”
• Know how defining selection criteria supports great interviews and reference checking
• Recognize the many legal issues related to hiring
• Build clarity and confidence in making great hiring decisions for your organization.

Participants will receive an eBook, which includes checklists and tools to support you in your hiring efforts.
