Learn the key steps in constructing interview questions that help you identify the most suitable candidates for your positions.

After participating in the webinar, you will be able to:

  • Understand the principles of behavioural interviewing and appreciate why its use is considered to be “best-practice”
  • Identify knowledge, skills and attitudes that are required in the job and how to transform these into measurable selection criteria to guide your process
  • Identify tools to help you elicit consistent information from all candidates and minimize barriers to effective decision-making

Participants will receive our eBook, which will include checklists, resources and tools to support you in building great interview questions.
