EasyConnect Enhancements – Nov 22nd, 2019
We are excited to share EasyConnect enhancements going live Sunday morning from 12:01am -10am EST. The below features will improve your processes and save HR & Administrators time.
What Is Going Live November 22nd
- Contact Replacements when Assignments are Cancelled – Ask your Account Manager to configure EasyConnect to call or text Replacements, in addition to sending an email, when an Assignment they accepted is cancelled the morning it occurs. (Thanks Simcoe)
- Simplified Creating Absences – If an employee enters that their absence requires a Replacement they will need to enter replacement times. This will improve fill rates by ensuring absences are entered correctly. (Thanks Peel)
- Speed & Stability – We have optimized aspects of the system and resolved several bugs
