applytoeducation is the website applicants use to view job postings and apply online to 213 Canadian School Boards and 300+ Private Employers.
applytoeducation electronically sends your application portfolio to School Boards and Private Employers you want to apply to. You only need to create one online application and you can use it to apply to multiple job postings and employers. applytoeducation will help you save time, money and the environment.
E-couriering your application portfolio to unlimited jobs with one School Board and Private Employers for one year costs $10. applytoeducation is less expensive than paying for multiple transcripts, photocopies, mailing or faxing an application portfolio.
Once you have registered with applytoeducation you will be directed to the 'Purchase Credits' page where you can choose the school boards you want to e-courier your application to. You can purchase credits at any time so feel free to skip this section if you want to fill out other sections of your application.
Complete the sections in the Portfolio menu. At any time you can review how your application looks by clicking 'Review Portfolio'.
School boards use applytoeducation to receive, store and manage applications online. Having applications online makes it easier for them to review applicants with principals in the field.
Some school boards post jobs while others only want you to select them on our 'Purchase Credits' page so they can review your application. Ensure you visit the websites for the School Boards you are applying to so you understand their application and hiring procedures as well as timelines.
Once you have purchased a credit for a school board you can apply to unlimited Private Employer job postings. You can also make your application visible to Private Employers who are searching our database by clicking the 'Private Employer' tab on the 'Who Can View My Portfolio' page of your application.
To perform a job search, click 'Search Jobs'. You may search by keyword, job type and postal code locator. Searches can be further refined by region and school district.
If you would like to sign up for job alerts you must be a registered user. Once you have set up your account on the 'Search Jobs' page you can click 'yes' to be emailed jobs that match the search criteria.
